Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dorlla.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually. Dorlla reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
